Personalised Pupil Record and Appointment Cards

Progress can be monitored through all stages of your pupils development from novice through to advanced, detailing skill and standard attained, ranging from introduced through to independent.

The appointment card section allows you to keep a record of all appointments booked and taken, along with the amount paid  The back page clearly lists the school's terms and conditions.

Each card measures 297mm(w) x 210mm (h) which folds down to 1/3 of it's original length.

These cards are overprinted in black with your school's details (school name, contact number, web-site, e-mail address, etc) for a personalised, professional approach.
