Despatch Policy

Before we deal with the specifics, we'd like to be clear about our despatch philosophy:

Delivery Time

Delivery time is dependant on 2 factors:

1. "Availability". All of the items listed on our website are held in stock and, for non-personalised products, we aim to despatch within 3 days.  However, as we do our best to to despatch items as quickly as possible, we often get orders out more quickly than this, but please do not count on that.  As you will understand, personalised products (such as driving school stationery, roof-top signs, and so on) can take a bit longer, so we set a despatch timeframe of 5-7 days.  Again, if we can get the product to you before then, we will.
2. The method of delivery - our deliveries are despatched via either Royal Mail (for smaller items that do not require a signature) or Parcel Force.  Items despatched by Royal Mail will reach you 2-3 days after despatch.  Parcel force provide a "Next Day" delivey, but you should be aware that all delivery times are based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all our couriers are closed.

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from despatch; your despatch cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever courier is used to deliver your package. Despatch costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

International Despatch

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it despatched internationally, please send us an email at enquiries@d-ss.co.uk. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your despatch address, and the email address to which we should send an invoice. A member of our team will then contact you to make all the arrangements.
